…hip agent kit (closes #9) Terminology Rename: - 45 MCP tool names updated: hive_*→org_*, swarmmail_*→comms_*, swarm_*→forge_* - 6 package directories renamed via git mv (history preserved) - Event type strings, SQL queries, parity fixtures, prompt text all updated - hivemind_* tools unchanged (deprecated Dewey proxy) Agent Kit (shipped via replicator init): - 5 commands: /forge, /org, /inbox, /forge:status, /handoff - 7 skills: always-on-guidance, forge-coordination, replicator-cli, testing-patterns, system-design, learning-systems, forge-global - 3 agents: coordinator, worker, background-worker - Embedded in binary via embed.FS, scaffolded with --force flag 53 tools: 11 org + 10 comms + 24 forge + 8 hivemind 16 files scaffolded by replicator init All tests pass, 100% parity shape match
