Updates to kustomize per review

Minor updates to kustomize module as a result of reviewing the content.

Also, have a couple of suggestions that might help avoid some problems:

• In the Create UAT tutorial, consider having the uat folder already created. Also, the kustomization.yaml and a copy of 01-pod-storage.yaml could also already be there. This way the attendees aren't creating folders and files manually. The time could then be spent reviewing the format and content of kustomization.yaml.
• In the Create production... tutorial, same as above. These folders and files could already be setup for them so they can just review them and run kustomize against them.
