This PR adds testing for Appwrite using our appwrite-toolkit CLI tool, it also introduces matrixes in the workflow to run each adapter concurrently.
The Appwrite tests are going to be more thorough than the other tests as it checks all imported users rather than one, This PR isn't completed yet. I'll check off each thing as I go:

Databases
Storage
Functions
