The computeCloudinaryPublicId method was simplified to use a ternary operator
to check if the file extension is in the known raw formats.
If it is, the file identifier is returned as is, otherwise the file extension
is stripped and the resulting string is normalized as a cloudinary public id.
The stripExtension method was renamed to stripFileExtension for clarity.
