Release 0.0.20.
Bumps version in Dockerfile, Chart.yaml (version + appVersion) and the docker deployment doc, and adds the 0.0.20 CHANGELOG section covering the rate-limiter, user-creation and password-change fixes, the audit-log redaction and login brute-force hardening, and the dependency/security bumps merged since 0.0.19.
After merge: tag
v0.0.20(triggers the release workflow), replace the auto-generated release notes with the curated note, and mark thevoidllm-0.0.20Helm chart release as a pre-release.
