This PR adds an agent skill for Vite+ to make agents automatically prefer using the
vpCLI commands in workspaces.I just have the pain that agents keep thinking a vite-plus project is instead a regular vite project. Maybe there is better way to let the big AI models know of vite-plus. Also essentially this will only work if people fork the repo.
