Do a proper implementation based on the already existing button gestures engine. Has to support buttons and rotary encoders, ideally both absolute and relative.

also add agents md, just so opencode knows to use Bear instead of raw

Initial support for handling input methods is there, next up is figuring
out proper plumbing between supervisor and control to actually relay
those messages properly
