fix(cursor): add cursor rules for vibe coding widgets

This pull request addresses

• Right now when we try to vibe code widgets, the LLMS doesnt have enough context of the repo to create widgets or debug issues.

by making the following changes

• Added a bunch of documents to help cursor navigate through the repo
