This repo contains the scripts used to generate the figures (main and supplements) in Split-trial analysis reveals the information capacity of neural population codes. Since a large part of the project relied upon analyzing other people's data and using their methods for comparison, running many of these scripts relies upon having copies of these datasets/codebases on your own machine somewhere (see requirements).
