• Amazon Elasticsearch Service provides a generous free tier of 750 hrs per month of a t2.micro.elasticsearch instance and 10GB per month of optional Amazon EBS storage.
• Pubnub helps with realtime apps.
• AWS Cognito for offline syncing. (Also look into Elastic Filesystem)
• Convox for deployment?
• Docker for containerization.
• React Native and building a fully native app might be the best solution to providing robust offline support
