WPB-22219 [iOS] App live and synced, however messages missing and "haven't used device in a while" error

Issue

Updating the last event ID inside the CC transaction will lead to data loss (proposals, commits) if the app crashes after the update but before the transaction has finished.

Testing

Testing the crash scenario would be difficult to replicate.
