Adds a new config
nrf5340-wolfcrypt-tz.configwhich is the same asnrf5340-tz.configbut enablesWOLFCRYPT_TZandWOLFCRYPT_TZ_PKCS11. Uses the app core's CryptoCell subsystem for RNG.
