Closing this PR as the original migration approach (collaborator invitation) cannot work for personal repositories - GitHub doesn't allow granting admin permission to collaborators on personal repos.

The new approach uses a separate GitHub App (worlddriven-migrate) with Administration permission. See issue #23 and PR #24 for the updated implementation.
