Rename crate, binary, error types (ZackstrapError -> InitiumError), all source, tests, docs, CI workflows, and justfile. Add landing page at docs/index.html.
Crate published as initium-cli on crates.io (binary name stays initium). Continuation of zackstrap, renamed to initium.
