Whisper models

• Whisper model binaries are not stored in the repository. The app uses WhisperOptions.ModelPath, which now defaults to models/ggml-base.bin under the app directory.
• On first run the base model is downloaded automatically if it is missing. To use a different model, download it locally and point the Model Path setting to the file.
• The LocalSubtitle.SubtitleGeneration.Whispercpp/models/ folder is ignored by git to avoid pushing large binaries.
