docs: redesign plan (dashboard → ChefGroep design-system)

What

Adds PLAN.md: a detailed, staged plan to redesign the opencodex gui/ dashboard to the OnlineChefGroep/design-system v2 "Devin-richting" language (warm off-white, single blue accent #317CFF, shadcn components, Lucide icons, ripples instead of spinners, Dutch "De Pas" copy, light + dark).

Docs-only — no code or runtime changes.

Contents

• Side-by-side of the two design systems (current OpenAI-grammar tokens vs the design-system target) and a gap analysis.
• A concrete token-mapping table (gui/src/styles.css :root → design-system values, light + dark), including splitting the monochrome primary action from a new blue --accent-blue.
• 7 staged phases (token foundation → typography → components → icons → motion → NL copy → optional skins), each a small reviewable PR with a definition of done.
• File-impact/risk table, open decisions needing input, and a test/proof plan aligned with AGENTS.md (Bun-native; bun --bun run lint:gui; known container test caveats).
• Notes that this fork already ships gui/src/i18n/nl.ts with the ChefGroep "De Pas" voice, which the plan builds on.

Note

Written in Dutch to match the design system and the requester. Targeted at main for a clean single-file diff (this branch is based on main, which has diverged from dev); retarget to dev per branch policy if preferred.
