Blocked: fix belongs on percona/pmm#5653

Jenkins pnpm: No such file or directory is from the rpmbuild image (public.ecr.aws/e7j3v3n0/rpmbuild:3) shipping nodejs+yarn only.

This cloud agent can push to pmm-submodules but not to percona/pmm (GitHub App install is scoped to this repo only), so the fix could not be pushed to PMM-15216 / PR 5653.

Apply on PMM-15216 (PR 5653):

cd /path/to/pmm
git checkout PMM-15216

git am /opt/cursor/artifacts/PMM-15216-pnpm-rpmbuild.patch
# or: git apply … && git commit
git push origin PMM-15216

Changes in the patch:

1. npm install -g pnpm@11.1.3 in build/docker/rpmbuild/Dockerfile.{el8,el9,hetzner-el9}
2. Harden ui/Makefile setup: corepack, then sudo npm install -g pnpm@11.1.3 fallback (so FB works before rpmbuild:3 is republished)

To have the agent push it directly, re-run the agent against percona/pmm with write access, or grant the GitHub App access to that repo.
