docs(cdp): update Customer.io source status from Alpha to Beta

Updates the Customer.io data warehouse source documentation to reflect its promotion from Alpha to Beta status.

What changed:

• Updated the CalloutBox title from "Alpha release" to "Beta release"
• Updated the body text to use the standard beta wording: "This source is currently in beta. It works end to end, but you may still hit rough edges – let us know if you do."
