Updated all instances of Validation Tool with COUNTER Validator. Added requirement in Appendix E for auditor to test COUNTER API as well as reports.
Added clarifications to audit timeline table 9.a. Clarified fix period extensions. Clarified that not planning dev time does not qualify for an extra extension.

We already have PR #323 for renaming COUNTER Validation Tool to COUNTER Validator. I would prefer to merge that PR and only merge the audit claricfications from this PR. |

Yes, please. You seem to have replaced "Validation Tool" with "COUNTER Validator" in some of the files, which has resulted in quite a number of "COUNTER COUNTER Validatior" which would have to be fixed. Additionally we should avoid mixing renaming things with other changes, which makes it easier to review relevant changes. It might be easier to close the pull request and create a new one for the audit clarifications than trying to revert the renaming in this PR. |
