📔 Objective

Improvements to reflect the latest template repo usage and state of affairs for AI rollout here, with some content moving into the site to better support tooling:

• reminders and rich comment guides are now on the code review guidelines page here (see Simplify PR template template#181 for its removal)
• mention of the new marketplace
• template repo contents' description has been updated given recent changes to remove the repo-specific prompts and the usage of said marketplace
