📔 Objective
After a lot of testing we have found that the large reminder content in the PR template messages is overloading AI context. Regardless of AI and taking a fresh look at this, it really isn't necessary to carry these guides in literally every change (plus they are selectively used), and central referential content is a better fit; see bitwarden/contributing-docs#739 for the introduction into the docs site.
