Summary
Replaces tabs with pages, and adds sidebar for navigation.
The reasoning here is that as we continue to add categories, it becomes increasingly unwieldy, even with two or more rows, especially on smaller screens.
We probably want to make this sidebar collapsible, but I propose doing that separately.
